At Capture Wild India, we prioritize transparency in all financial transactions related to your wildlife tour bookings in India. Please review our payment terms and refund policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

Payment Terms

• Upon confirmation of any wildlife travel package: 25% of the total tour cost must be paid immediately to secure bookings for accommodations, safaris, and other services.
60 days prior to the travel date: The remaining 100% of the tour package cost must be paid in full.
• All payments must be notified to us via email, with attached transaction details for verification.
Payment terms may vary depending on hotel policies, peak travel seasons, or destination-specific requirements.
Safari permits and park entry tickets are non-refundable once booked, as per government guidelines.
Credit facility is not available. All bookings require full advance payment.

Refund Policy

If a refund is applicable and approved:
 
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• The credited amount will be returned to the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
 
• First, check your bank account or payment method again.
• Then contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time before the refund reflects officially.
• You may also need to contact your bank, as there is often a standard processing delay.
