Effective for all wildlife tour bookings and travel services through Capture Wild India
Capture Wild India is a licensed and registered wildlife tour operator based in Haryana, India, specializing in customized wildlife safaris, curated travel itineraries, and destination management services across India’s national parks and wilderness regions.
Before proceeding with your wildlife tour booking, we request you to carefully read the following Terms & Conditions. By confirming your reservation with Capture Wild India, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms outlined in this policy.
Requesting a Quotation
To initiate a booking for either a customized or pre-designed tour, clients may contact Capture Wild India via email or phone. A detailed travel proposal will then be shared, including itinerary highlights, services included and excluded, pricing, and payment conditions.
We encourage clients to request changes or ask for clarifications before finalizing their booking to ensure the proposed tour aligns with their preferences and expectations.
Confirming Your Reservation
Once the proposal is approved, you will be required to:
Provide valid passport copies for all travelers.
Share contact information and international flight details.
Submit a down payment to secure the reservation.
If a third party makes the payment, identification proof of the cardholder must also be submitted.
The booking is considered confirmed only after the advance payment is received and acknowledged by Capture Wild India.
Entry & Health Requirements
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all visa and health requirements for travel to India. A valid passport and pre-arranged visa are required for most nationalities. Please consult your local Indian Embassy or Consulate for updated entry guidelines.
Pricing Policy
Tour prices are as listed in the final confirmed travel agreement. Prices may be subject to change in rare cases due to fluctuations in fuel costs, transportation taxes, or foreign currency exchange rates. In the event of any such increase, the client will be informed immediately.
Accepted Payment Methods
Online payments via secure gateways (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Razorpay, or Stripe).
In-person payments at our Haryana office via cash, card, or traveler’s cheques (INR, USD, EUR).
Capture Wild India does not collect or store card information.
Currency & Transaction Charges
Exchange rates applied will be based on the transaction date. Any fees from international wire transfers or discrepancies due to currency conversion will be borne by the client. In cases of underpayment due to bank fees or conversion losses, Capture Wild India reserves the right to request the difference.
Upon receipt of the full tour payment, clients will receive a final confirmation that includes hotel details, transportation schedules, guide contacts, and other travel logistics.
Travel documents will be delivered:
In person by Capture Wild India representatives or guides,
Digitally via email, or
By courier (when requested and feasible).
Clients are responsible for reviewing the documents upon receipt and notifying us immediately if anything is missing or incorrect.
Modifications to the Itinerary
Clients may request adjustments to their tour itinerary before or during the trip. Capture Wild India will review the feasibility of such changes and inform the client of any additional costs. Upon approval, the itinerary will be updated accordingly.
Change in Number of Travelers
If one or more travelers cancel, their refund will follow the cancellation policy, provided the price for remaining travelers is unaffected.
Any increase in cost due to reduced group size must be covered by the canceling parties.
If additional travelers wish to join, we will check availability and reconfirm the revised price.
If certain services (e.g., accommodations, transport) are unavailable at the time of booking, Capture Wild India will offer suitable alternatives. If these alternatives involve additional cost, client approval will be obtained before confirming changes.
In cases where unexpected situations arise—such as transport cancellations, strikes, or emergencies—we will assist in arranging alternatives. However, any extra expenses must be covered by the client. In emergencies, we may provide assistance in advance, but reimbursement will be required before the tour ends.
Please refer to your individual agreement for cancellation deadlines and refund percentages. Refunds are processed as follows:
For credit card payments: refunds are issued back to the same card and may take up to 10 business days.
For cash or bank transfer payments: refunds may be processed in cash or via transfer, depending on your location at the time of refund. International refunds may be delayed due to regulatory procedures.
Capture Wild India acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, railways, transport companies, etc.). While we take great care in selecting reliable partners, we are not responsible for changes or cancellations imposed by third-party vendors.
In the event of travel disruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, weather conditions, etc.), we may need to modify or interrupt your tour. No compensation can be offered for unused services resulting from such changes.
During your trip, any issues should be reported to our team immediately via phone, allowing us the opportunity to resolve them in real time. After the trip, formal complaints can be submitted by email and will be addressed individually.
Capture Wild India is governed by Indian law and under the legal jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
